Clarington Condos
Clarington is a beautiful settlement located east of the big cities near the shores of Lake Ontario. Despite being a "large village", Clarington's closeness of access to bigger towns like Newcastle, Oshawa, and Bowmanville help make it so that, if you cannot find something in Clarington, what you're looking for is most likely in one of those towns (which means very close to where you'd be living). Despite being a village on its own, Clarington actually is a much greater region that encompasses Bowmanville, Newcastle, Courtice, and Orono among other towns and settlements. If you make the effort involved in investing in any of the Clarington condos for sale, you will find that you will be living at a crossroads that leads to everything great and wonderful. One of the biggest advantages to Clarington as a whole is that it is a very friendly area, and extremely peaceful. Also, as a bonus, people living in Clarington will have access to Highway 35, as it passes right through the middle of Clarington, allowing for prime access right into Newcastle. Also, North St (which serves as the 'center' of Clarington) can give you access to Newcastle as well if you head south on it.
While no transit bus systems run up to Clarington, the two major roadways and one highway (High 35, North St, and Concession Road 3) that make up Clarington all can help lead you to the major towns nearby; Newcastle contains a good deal of amenities that are sure to please, such as a few restaurants/bistros, a bank, a couple of coffee shops, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a handful of schools, and a community center. Bowmanville contains a similar number of amenities, but also offers a post office and a few parks/greenspaces. Oshawa, on the other hand, is the largest of all of these towns, and contains a great deal more amenities and recreational activities than the other towns around it; amazingly, from the western edge of Bowmanville, through Oshawa, all the way to Toronto and Etobicoke, one can find Bloor Street and use it for a more indirect access to everything. Oshawa contains a couple of golf courses (in the event you wish to improve your swing), as well as several walking/cycling trails through the many parks in the town and being able to head right down to the shores of Lake Ontario to be able to fully enjoy yourself. Investing in one of the Clarington condos for sale can give you access to all of this and more.
Prior to being called Clarington as a whole, this settlement was once a part of Newcastle, but eventually, it "broke off" to be its own village, and this is where we find it today. Living in one of the Clarington condos for sale helps to be able to give you the peace and quiet you would crave being outside of the big cities, but it also gives you access to the very countryside itself; heading further north from Clarington on the Highway 35 can bring you to the town of Lindsay (and the Kawartha Lakes beyond that), but diverging northeast at the beginning of the Highway 115 can bring you into the larger town of Peterborough, filled with things to do and sights to see. Whether you ultimately choose to go further out into the countryside for a nice Sunday drive, or you choose to head into one of the major cities for the day to do some shopping, living in Clarington ensures that you will have the complete freedom to do both at any time you see fit. Also, following the Highway 35 south to the Highway 401 (Highway of Heroes) enables you to be able to access virtually any part of southern Ontario and eastern Ontario with ease.
